The movement to build a digital country announced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is a challenge for every state structure: from the Ministries to the State Archives, from the National Police to the State Consumer Service.

To implement the plan, it is necessary to improve the technical base, namely: to purchase computer equipment and software.

Procurement must be efficient, transparent, secure and economical. And computer hardware and software purchased according to the same rules and high standards will not only be reliable, but will also simplify maintenance and system integration procedures.

That is why the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to concentrate procurement related to digitalization in one place and made a decision “About definition of the state enterprise “Ukrainian special systems” by the centralized purchasing organization”
